Tour Booking
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - PRICES/PROGRAMS/SERVICE/CONDITIONS
Hein Si International Travels and Tours prices are based
on ground costs and exchange rates valid at the time of
printing. While we try not to increase our prices, sometimes
this is beyond our control. We reserve the right to amend
prices without notice at any time and ask you to reconfirm
the cost with us when you book. Some prices were not
available at the time of going to print - please contact
Hein Si for prices beyond those published.
The package/tour/extension prices exclude laundry, room
services, unspecified meals or tours, beverages, porter
tips, excess baggage charge, passport and visa costs,
airport taxes, personal and baggage insurance, tips and all
other items of a personal nature.
Programs, tour prices, services and conditions are
subject to revision without notice in the event of
unforeseen circumstances like currency fluctuations,
increase in hotel rates, air fares, local taxes, etc. Actual
prices, programs, services and conditions will be given at
the time of booking confirmation.
All arrangements for the provision of transport,
accommodation, sightseeing and other services are made by
Ministry of Hotels and Tourism, appointed Hein Si
International Travels and Tours Agent.
HOW TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION
We have taken care to offer you the simplest possible
reservations service for our Hein Si International Travels
and Tours. Efficient and economical administration is an
important part of our commitment to service. Just ask your
agent to contact us with your requests and we will give
immediate answers and booking options on the tour(s) offered
to you.
REFUND OF UNUSED SERVICES
No refund, either in part of full, will be made for unused
air tickets, ground transportation, meals and accommodation
or sightseeing tours not taken.
AMENDMENT FEE
An amendment fee of USD 10 (or equivalent) per amendment
will be charged for any alteration in the land package
contents upon confirmation.
EXTENSION OF STAY/RETURN FLIGHT
An extension of stay at the end of the tour is permitted,
subjected to the maximum validity and restrictions of the
air ticket (applicable to booking with airfare included as
part of the tour fare). An additional charge imposed by the
airlines or tour operators will be borne by tour member.
Flight and Accommodation reservations during your extended
stay should be made prior to the commencement of the tour.
Extensions are at your own expense and transfers will not be
provided.
ITINERARY CHANGES
Airline's schedules and local conditions may affect
accommodation and routing. Should this occur, The Company
shall endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of
similar value.
RIGHT TO REJECT
The Company reserves the right to decline acceptance or to
retain any member as a member of the tour if it appears that
such person(s) is likely to endanger the health or safety,
or impair the comfort and enjoyment of others on the tour.
TRAVEL DOCUMENT
It is a passenger's responsibility to obtain a passport
valid for at least 6 months from date of departure and visa,
for the Myanmar to be visited. Please consult your travel
agent or local consulate/embassy on visa requirements. The
Company cannot be held responsible or liable for any
expenses, reimbursement or refund of tour prices if any
passenger is deported or refused entry by any country before
departure or during the tour for whatsoever reason,
including but not limited to non-possession of necessary
visa.
BAGGAGE
One piece of baggage not exceeding 20 kilograms per person
is allowed. Excess baggage must be paid by passenger. The
company assumes no responsibility for any lost or damage to
baggage or belongings whilst they are in the custody of
airlines, other transportation companies, accommodation
supplier or the passenger. However, The Company will assist
you in making the relevant claims provided it does not
interfere with, inconvenience or hamper the conduct of the
tour or other members of the tour group.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
All exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets,
coupons and orders issued by the Company are subject to any
and/or all tariffs and terms of conditions under which any
accommodation, transportation and other services whatsoever
are provided by hotels, transport companies, airlines,
railroad lines, steamship lines, owners or contractors
concerned.
By acceptance of such conditions, the passenger is deemed
to have agreed on the following:
- The traveler accepts full responsibility for losses and
expenses due to delay, sickness, weather, strikes, war,
quarantine or acts of nature.
- The Company, their employees or agents assisting or
collaborating with them is not liable for any loss, injury,
accident, damage, delay or expense which may arise in anyway
whatsoever during the tour.
- In no case shall the company or their employees or agents be
held liable for any causes outside their reasonable control
or from any act or omission of the customer.
- Any complaints/claims have to be made in writing within 14
days from the date of return. The company shall respond to
such feedback within 7 days of receipt of feedback. No
responsibility is accepted in respect any complaints/claims,
which are made after 14 days return.
NO VARIATION OF CONDITIONS
These conditions cannot be altered or waived except by
written agreement between the passenger and the Company.
MEALS/HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
Meals will be provided as specified in the tour itinerary.
Accommodations used as reflected in the brochures. In the
event that accommodation selected is not available, every
effort will be made for an alternative in another hotel of
similar standard. Unless specially mentioned, all rooms will
be a "run-of-house" basic.
TRANSPORTATION
Unless otherwise specified, all land transfers will be based
on "seat-in-coach". Any limitations that apply to the
carrier's liability in respect of air transport as a result
of the Warsaw convention shall apply for the benefits of the
organizer and sell of the tour/holiday.
SPECIAL REQUEST
If there be any special request regarding special meals,
dietary requirements, adjoining rooms etc, feel free to
inform us upon booking. Such requests are subject to
confirmation and availability. Please confirm your requests
with our office at least 7 days prior to departure.
